About ArmLabz
Built for stronger, healthier forearms.
ArmLabz started with a simple goal: make forearm rehabilitation and strength training actually work, without the frustration of wrist curls.
A note from our founder
Tani Shechter, Founder of ArmLabz
Welcome to ArmLabz. I’m Tani Shechter, the founder, and I started ArmLabz with one goal: to make forearm training better.
Forearms are often the weak link, yet the traditional ways of training them haven’t changed much. Let’s be honest, wrist curls can be repetitive, frustrating, and inefficient.
That realization led to the Forearm Roller 2.0, featuring our patented ratcheting design that allows you to isolate one arm at a time, maintain tension, and reset instantly for a more efficient way to train your forearms.
Then came the Forearm Roller 3.0, built to take that concept even further with a solid metal core, a 50 lb maximum load, a heavy-duty strap, and our smoothest rotation yet.
But ArmLabz is bigger than one product.
We’re building ArmLabz into a complete destination for forearm strength, grip, mobility, performance, and recovery, with new tools designed to improve the way people train and take care of their forearms.
No gimmicks. No exaggerated promises. Just a genuine commitment to creating better tools for one of the most overlooked areas of the body.
Whether you’re an athlete, lifter, arm wrestler, recovering your strength, or simply looking to build stronger forearms, ArmLabz is built for you.
Best regards,
Tani Shechter
