ArmLabz Return & Refund Policy

At ArmLabz, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return process for U.S. customers.

U.S. Returns & Refunds

We have a 30-day return policy for orders within the United States, meaning you have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in good condition and in its original packaging.
  • Light use is acceptable, but the product must not have damage, missing parts, or excessive wear.
  • You must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at returns@armlabz.com. If your return is eligible, we’ll send you a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at returns@armlabz.com.

Exchanges

If you’re looking to exchange an item, reach out to us at returns@armlabz.com. We’ll review your request and let you know the best way to move forward.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

We take product quality seriously. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please inspect it upon arrival and contact us immediately at returns@armlabz.com. We will evaluate the issue and work quickly to make it right.

International Orders

At this time, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for orders outside the U.S. All international sales are final.

180-Day Extended Warranty

We designed the Forearm Roller 3.0 to handle serious training and hold up over time. To back that up, every 3.0 comes with a 180-day warranty from the day it’s delivered. If any defect in materials or workmanship shows up during normal use, just let us know and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost.
