One of the Few Grip Tools I Still Use
I have been lifting for more than ten years and have bought plenty of grip tools that seemed interesting at first but eventually ended up sitting in a drawer. This has been different. I started adding it to the end of my arm and back workouts, and it has stayed in my routine because the movement feels challenging without being complicated. A few good sets are enough to fully work my hands and forearms, and I can easily adjust the pace depending on how much training I have already done that day. I also appreciate that it takes almost no time to get started. It is simple equipment, but it gives me a type of continuous forearm engagement that I was not getting from my usual exercises. So far, it has earned a permanent place in my program.
